Phyllis Norman

Phyllis A. Norman has litigated cases at both the trial court and appellate court levels, in Federal and State Court, and before the National Association of Securities Dealers and the American Arbitration Association.   She focuses her practice in the areas of business and complex commercial litigation, specifically in the areas of class action and mass tort litigation. 

Phyllis attended Oklahoma State University, where she received a degree in environmental science and went on to law school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  Phyllis was elected as a District 3 representative of the Missouri Bar Young Lawyers' Section and is a board member of the Association for Women Lawyers of the Greater Kansas City Area.  She is also an active member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the American Association for Justice, the Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AIEG), the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the Florida Bar Association.  She also is a volunteer for the Volunteer Attorney's Project, Step-Up, Read Across America, and Habitat for Humanity.
