David Brose

David A. Brose has been practicing law in state and federal courts across the country since earning his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Missouri - Columbia. While in law school, David served as a member of the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review, and received the C.A.L.I. Award for work in Corporate Taxation. As a former partner in a civil litigation defense firm, he defended various Fortune 500 companies in both personal injury and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on product liability and trucking cases. In joining Langdon & Emison, David now employs his understanding of defense tactics and strategies in representing victims across the country that have been seriously injured or killed by a wide variety of dangerous products and instrumentalities, including cases involving automobile fires, defective automobile design, semi-truck collisions, and various other types of products.
When away from the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy Brose, M.D., a family practice physician in the Kansas City area, and their daughter Ava.
